OUR PRECISION PARTS ARE MADE FOR A SNUG FIT FOR SUPERIOR ACCURACY. HOWEVER, THERE ARE VARIATIONS IN FIREARM DIMENSIONS. OUR PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURE’S DEFECTS AND BREAKING DURING NORMAL USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
All KNS Precision, Inc. products are designed and manufactured to provide you with years of reliable performance. In the event your KNS Precision, Inc. product requires repair or replacement, under the conditions of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please follow the instructions on this page.

When you send your email, please include the following:
-Product Name/Description
-Date of Purchase or Transfer of Ownership
-Where the product was purchased from
-Reason for your warranty claim
-Photos of the defective or damaged product
-Your name, telephone number and mailing address
One of our customer service representatives will contact you within a reasonable time period to advise you of the most appropriate solution to your claim.
If you are wishing to return a product for any reason outside our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please send the same information as above and substitute your reason for return in place of the reason for warranty claim and photos.
***Be advised we will accept most returns for exchange or replacement as long as the product is new in the original packaging. In these cases you will be responsible for return shipping cost to and from KNS Precision, Inc. If you request a refund for KNS Precision, Inc. products purchased directly through our website and the refund is authorized you will only receive a refund for the product minus a 5% restocking fee and any shipping fees incurred by KNS Precision, Inc.
